Shinwoo Valve International Terms of Warranty Shinwoo Valve International Sales Terms of Warranty DEFINITIONS: For purposes of this Warranty, the following terms have the following meanings: • "Products" refers to all items purchased and paid for in full by the Purchaser from Shinwoo Valve. • "Purchaser" refers to the entity purchasing Products from Shinwoo Valve. • "Shinwoo Valve" is the entity offering this Warranty in relation to the Products. 1. All Products purchased and paid for in full by the Purchaser shall be covered by Shinwoo Valve’s complimentary Warranty for a period of no more than twenty-four (24) months from the date of receipt of the Products by the Purchaser. For overseas sales or other cases where the date of the Product’s receipt may be difficult for Shinwoo Valve to determine, the Warranty shall be in effect for twenty-four (24) months from the date the invoice was issued by Shinwoo Valve. 2. The Purchaser shall examine all Products as soon as possible after receipt and shall, within thirty (30) days after the arrival of the Products at the port of arrival or any other place of receipt, immediately notify Shinwoo Valve in writing of any claims that the Products were shipped short, were defective, or were damaged. When such notice has been given, Shinwoo Valve shall be given a reasonable amount of time to correct any shortages or to replace any defective or damaged Products. 3. This Warranty is the only warranty made by Shinwoo Valve with respect to the Products and is in lieu of all obligations or liabilities on the part of Shinwoo Valve for damages. In no event shall Shinwoo Valve be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages and/or loss of profits arising out of or in connection with the sale, use, performance, or malfunction of the Products. The responsibility of Shinwoo Valve for any claims made by the Purchaser shall in no event exceed the amount paid to Shinwoo Valve by the Purchaser for the Products causing such claims. Shinwoo Valve disclaims all other warranties with regard to the Products sold, including all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness. 4. The Purchaser shall not make any warranties or representations with respect to the Products on behalf of Shinwoo Valve, unless explicitly authorized in writing by Shinwoo Valve. The Purchaser shall indemnify and hold Shinwoo Valve harmless from all claims and damages, including attorney’s fees, resulting from the breach of these terms. 5. Shinwoo Valve’s Warranty stipulated herein shall become void and no longer applicable in cases where the Products have been altered by unauthorized persons in such a way as to affect their proper performance, or where the Products have been subjected to misuse, negligence, or an accident. Shinwoo Valve reserves the right to determine any such misuse of the product and reject the claim of Warranty at its sole discretion. 6. If any claim, proceeding, or lawsuit is made by any third party against Shinwoo Valve for alleged product liability, the Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Shinwoo Valve harmless from all claims and damages. Furthermore, the Purchaser is obligated to immediately inform Shinwoo Valve of any such claims, allegations, or legal proceedings, and must fully cooperate with Shinwoo Valve in defending against such claims at the Purchaser's own expense. 7. In the event a claim, proceeding, or lawsuit is made by any third party on the grounds that the Products infringe upon the intellectual property rights (trademark, patent, copyright, etc.) of such third party, Shinwoo Valve and the Purchaser shall promptly have discussions in good faith regarding any measures to avoid such infringement or damages resulting therefrom. 8. Miscellaneous fees incurred for the Warranty activity other than the direct cost of repair or replacement of faulty parts covered by the Warranty shall be the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. This includes, but is not limited to, transportation fees, customs clearance fees, travel expenses for personnel, and any applicable taxes. 9. This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shinwoo Valve is located. Any disputes arising out of this Warranty shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. 10. This Warranty represents the entire agreement between Shinwoo Valve and the Purchaser concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior understandings and agreements. 11. If any provision of this Warranty is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 12. By unpacking, installing, or otherwise indicating any usage of Shinwoo Valve’s Products, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Warranty. 신우밸브 국내 판매 보증 약관 신우밸브 보증 약관 보증 기간: 신우밸브 제품의 보증 기간은 제품 수령일로부터 24개월입니다. 보증 기간 내에 제품의 제조 또는 설계 결함에 의해 발생한 고장의 경우, 신우밸브는 본 보증서에 규정된 바에 따라 제품을 무상으로 수리하거나 교환해 드립니다. 보증 기간이 만료된 후의 서비스는 유상으로 제공됩니다. 보증 범위: 신우밸브는 제품의 고장에 대해서만 보증합니다. 신우밸브의 모든 제품은 ISO를 비롯한 각종 품질 규격을 엄수하여 제조되지만, 제품 특성상 대형 금속 주물 및 가공 기술, 비파괴검사 (NDE) 등 필수 제작과정에서 요구되는 기술의 현존하는 한계로 인해 초미세 누수와 같은 결함의 존재를 모두 발견하는 것은 불가능함을 구매자는 이 약관에 동의함으로써 인정합니다. 이에 따라 구매자는 제조물책임법 제4조 제1항 제2호에 의거하여 신우밸브를 제품의 성능 이상, 오작동, 고장, 결함 등으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 직접적, 간접적, 특별 또는 결과적 손해와 제3자에 의한 추가적인 책임 주장으로부터 신우밸브를 면책하는데 동의합니다. 구매자의 의무: 구매자는 제품 수령 후 제품의 실제 작동 환경에서 제품의 결함 여부를 확인하고, 결함 발견 시 즉시 조치를 취하여 추가적인 피해를 방지할 책임이 있습니다. 제품을 본래의 목적과 다르게 사용하거나 설치 지침과 다르게 설치하여 사용할 경우 발생할 수 있는 피해 및 제품의 손상은 보장하지 않습니다. 제외사항: 일반적인 마모, 부주의나 오용에 의한 손상, 외부 충격이나 잘못된 설치에 의한 손상, 제품의 무단 변경 또는 수리에 의한 손상, 제품의 고유 번호가 변경되거나, 제거, 불분명한 경우 등은 보증 범위에서 제외됩니다. 기타 비용: 보증 수리와 관련된 운송비, 인건비 등 추가 비용은 구매자가 부담합니다. 보증 적용: 제품을 개봉, 설치, 또는 사용함으로써 구매자는 본 보증의 조건에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 복합 감압밸브 특허 침해 주의 주식회사 신우밸브는 2021년 12월 15일자에 [급수배관용 복합 감압밸브]에 대한 대한민국 특허를 취득하였으며, 이는 단순 설계변경으로 우회가 어려운 소구경 감압밸브와 체크밸브를 이용한 역방향 통수 기능, 자동 개방이 가능한 릴리프밸브 부착 등 복합 감압밸브의 핵심적인 기능에 대한 청구 내용을 포함하고 있습니다. 신우밸브(주)의 특허권을 침해하는 유사품 및 모조품들에 대한 금지신청, 가처분신청, 또는 손해배상청구소송 등의 조치로 인해 현장에서 발생할 수 있는 각종 피해에 대해서는 당사의 보상이 어려운만큼, 복합 감압밸브 선정시에 유사품에 대한 각별한 주의를 부탁드립니다. 소방용 감압밸브 (모델: SFP-NP) 지지대 설치 안내 배관 및 밸브의 연결 부위는 하중으로 인한 스트레스와 충격 등으로 쉽게 손상될 수 있으므로 반드시 견고하게 지지되어야 합니다. 신우밸브의 소방용 감압밸브도 마찬가지로 적절한 지지대 설치가 필요하며, 일반적으로 다음과 같이 소방용 감압밸브 설치 배관의 1차측, 2차측 셧오프 밸브 하단에 지지대를 설치하는 것을 권장합니다. 1차 측 셧오프 밸브 하단에는 주기적으로 청소가 필요한 스트레이너가 설치되어 있으므로, 이쪽은 필요할 때 스트레이너 망청소가 가능하도록 볼티드 타입 지지대 설치를 권고합니다. 스모렌스키 체크밸브 관련 유의사항 스모렌스키 체크밸브(모델: SCV)를 사용하는 경우 반드시 차단밸브(모델:SBV)를 함께 설치해야 합니다. 현장 공간제약으로 각각 설치가 불가능 할 경우 체크밸브와 차단밸브 두가지 기능이 모두 포함된 쓰리원체크밸브(모델:TOV)의 사용을 권장합니다. 체크밸브는 유체의 역류가 발생하면 닫히도록 설계되었지만, 유체의 힘으로 작동하는 구조적 원리로 인해 특정 상황(예: 물이 완전히 채워지지 않은 상태에서 이뤄지는 배관 수압 시험 등)에서는 역류가 발생할 수 있습니다. 별도의 차단밸브가 없는 경우, 유체가 체크밸브를 통해 역류할 수 있어 시스템 또는 장치에 손상을 초래할 수 있습니다. 이 외에도 체크밸브는 유체의 흐름을 단방향으로 제어하는 역할을 하지만, 유체의 흐름을 완전히 중단하거나 흐름을 조절하는 기능은 제공하지 않기 때문에 특정 시점에서 유체의 흐름을 중단해야 하는 경우(예: 유지보수 및 수리작업)를 위해 별도의 차단밸브는 반드시 필요합니다. 이와 같은 잘못된 사용으로 인한 파손은 보증 수리가 어려우므로 반드시 참고하시기 바랍니다. 배관 수압 확인시 과수압으로 인한 밸브 파손 주의 밸브가 부착된 상태에서 바이패스 배관을 사용하지 않고 플러슁 또는 배관 수압 확인 작업을 진행할 경우, 과수압으로 인해 밸브가 파손될 수 있습니다. 이와 같은 잘못된 사용으로 인한 파손은 보증 수리가 어려우므로 밸브 설치시 반드시 취급설명서를 참고하시기 바랍니다. 수도용 감압밸브 (모델: SWP) 설치 시 유의사항 수도용 감압밸브 (SWP, SWP-WS) 현장 설치 중 유니온 및 너트 체결 시에는 과도한 힘을 가할 경우 밸브 바디 내 크랙이 발생될 우려가 있습니다. 체결 토크는 50 ~ 70N 기준으로 체결하시기를 권고 드리며, 취급설명서를 반드시 참고하시기 바랍니다. 자주하는 질문을 확인해주세요. 고장이 아닐 수 있습니다. 간단한 해결방법이 있을 수 있으므로 신우밸브 유튜브 및 자주하는 질문을 먼저 확인해주세요.
